Registration and login instructions for a Cure4Kids account – Cure4Kids

Notice 10/02/2024: the following instructions are relevant to the new Cure4Kids platform only.

Registration is required for everyone, even if you had an existing user account on the prior Cure4Kids platform.

Navigate to https://cure4kids.stjude.org
- Click the “Register” button on the Cure4kids page or use this link https://stjudenea.nonemployee.com/cure4kids
Enter your email address and click submit:
- A security code will be sent from noreply@noemployee.com to the email address you entered
- Check your junk mail folders if you don't receive the email within 10 minutes
- Enter that security code to complete the email confirmation
- You will be directed to a form, to enter basic user information
After you submit your basic user info, you’ll receive an email from Microsoft
Accept the Microsoft Guest Invitation:
- Open the invitation email you have received
- Click "Accept Invitation"
- You will be redirected to a Microsoft login page
Sign into your Microsoft or Gmail Account:
- If prompted, enter the email associated with the invitation, and click “Next”
- Enter your password and click “Sign In”
- You may need to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) if it's enabled on your account
Complete the invitation process:
- After signing in, confirm your acceptance of the invitation
- You’ll see a confirmation that your invitation was accepted
- You should now be able to sign into Cure4Kids

If you haven't completed registration, please do that first, or you will not be able to login.

Navigate to the Cure4Kids login page at https://cure4kids.stjude.org
Sign In using your email and password:
- Click the "Login" button
- If you're already authenticated, you’ll be redirected to Cure4Kids
- Otherwise, enter your credentials (email, password)
You may be asked to accept permissions for the C4K platform, click “Accept” to continue.

You should now be able to log in and use the new St. Jude Cure4Kids platform!
